This is where it will be interesting to see if Rockstar has learned from games like The Witcher. RDRII could showcase mature tales that not only make for interesting stories but also allow the player to forget they are doing a side-quest, instead getting lost in the game's world. This doesn’t look to be a problem though, with heavy emphasis on the wide range of a cast seen throughout the trailer even if just the tip of the iceberg. Like GTAV, RDRII is giving its audience a living breathing world, that famous — when this is off the world keeps going — mentality.

"Rockstar Games has employed some creative techniques in cross-promotion. I think they're pretty exciting. Social Club has an awful lot of members and they're avid fans not just of Grand Theft Auto, not just of Red Dead Redemption, but also fans of Rockstar Games. I think it's great that there is some cross-promotion going

Like Cézanne's brushstrokes, each small detail of your performance should contribute to a larger image. It's not about what you say when you call out; it's about how you say it. Is your voice hoarse? Are you making it too hoarse? Don't make it Newport 100s hoarse, make it sore throat hoarse. What about a cough? Be warned--lots of first-timers overdo the cough. Don't pepper your sentences with coughs, rather, add one during any point of silence for dramatic effect. A little cough can go a long way. Make your performance as nuanced and discrete as possible.

When it was revealed that Red Dead Redemption 2 guide|https://reddeadstation.com/ Dead Redemption 2 would be entirely playable in first-person it came as no surprise. GTAV made it possible when it made its way over to the latest generation of consoles so seeing that Rockstar’s next big open world game would be available in first-person made sense. While GTAV’s first-person wasn’t the best, even at times feeling like actions were happening for third-person while in first-person, it still created a sense of grounding that can always be appreciated in video games. If not thinking about playing Red Dead Redemption 2 in first-person; here’s a challenge — just give it a shot.

My view is that by their very nature hits are unexpected. That's the goal. There is an expectation around the table. Of course, there is an expectation of Rockstar Games and there is an expectation on part of consumers, but our job is to exceed those expectations, and fingers crossed, that's what we're all setting out to do. We couldn't predict and we didn't presume to in regards to Grand Theft Auto V, and we wouldn't presume to with Red Read Redemption 2. So we're just hard at work, doing the very best job that we c

President Karl Slatoff also mentioned that Red Dead Redemption 2 will have an "all-new online experience," but declined to provide more information about it. The wording seems to indicate that the online feature of the game will be in some way different from Grand Theft Auto Online, but at the moment we have no idea

Playing in first-person means experiencing the world as it is happening because it's happening with only what can be seen wherever one may be looking. It’s easy to imagine the multiple scenarios that might be brought to life even more just from playing RDR2 in first-person. Horseback shootouts can have more feeling. Bar brawls will feel that true punch. Being chased down by whatever local law enforcement comprised of sheriff and deputy could feel palpably tense. While Rockstar has yet to show how first-person will function, hopefully they’ve taken some lessons out of their own book with GTAV. First-person has come a ways in games with titles such as Dishonored, Prey, Call of Duty and the like. While first-person might not be the main focus, Rockstar has an opportunity to appease players that will want to see through the eyes of Arthur Morgan.

Now that the second trailer for Red Dead Redemption II has been burned into everyone’s eyes, taking a step back after the dust settles can help to see the bigger picture. The most prominent thing being the centerpiece of who the main anti-hero is, along with other outlaws from the Van der Linde gang. Even with the trailer showcasing other features such as what looked to be gameplay (not much) and cutscenes, one game popped into mind watching as the visuals went from sweeping vistas to bogged down swamps filled with predators. As each environment kept hitting and having watched the trailer numerous times now, RDRII seems to be mimicking another exceptional game — The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

"The nature of our approach and specifically the nature of Rockstar Games' approach is never to be derivative and always to shatter expectations. My belief is that Red Dead Redemption 2 will shatter expectations and that the online experience also will be extraordinary, but unexpec

As if this already sweet piece of video game pie couldn't possibly get any better, Rockstar turns around and announces its first DLC. Usually, announcements like these piss me off to the core, especially when publishers are trying to hit gamers up for more bread right after they spent 60 bucks on the title alone. However, Rockstar is about to hook us all up with Co-op goodness available for download on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in June at the same time for the price of free. "Outlaws to the End" is the name of the expansion and it allows for 2-4 players to join up online and take on 6 additional missions in the game.
